From a cost of living crisis to an ageing population, climate change to low election turnout and creaking public services, the Isle of Man is facing multiple challenges.
Through Reayrtys we want to start an open and honest discussion about the kind of country we can be, now and in the future.
It’s no secret that we care about constitutional reform.
It’s been over 20 years since Tynwald last talked about it and we believe now is the time for us to have a fresh conversation about our current status as a Crown Dependency and how our decision-making structures work.
At the heart of this project is our passion to explore how the people of the Isle of Man may be better served by taking a fresh look at our internal constitution and our relationship with our neighbours in the UK and further afield.
